\r\nBuilding on the bachelor’s program, the master’s program imparts the in-depth knowledge in the field of sales engineering that is crucial for a professional career.
\r\n
\r\nThe Master of Science degree is qualitatively comparable to the Diplom-Ingenieur degree, which is still recognized and highly respected worldwide today. The Master’s program thus leads to a professional qualification that is necessary for a position with management responsibility and in sales, product and service management.\r\n

\r\n<\/p>\r\n

Access requirements<\/h4>\r\n

\r\n1. Qualified degree<\/strong>

\r\nApplicants can be admitted to the master’s program if they have a qualified degree in a bachelor’s program in Sales Engineering and Product Management or in a comparable program at a scientific university after at least six semesters of study (three years of study, 180 ECTS), which includes a significant portion of mechanical engineering coursework. \r\n

\r\nA degree is considered qualified if the applicant belongs to the top 35% of a graduation period of at least one year or has completed the bachelor’s program with an overall grade of good or very good. \r\n

\r\n2. Method and research oriented contents<\/strong>

\r\nA further admission requirement is proof of method- and research-oriented content amounting to at least 70 LP from the areas of „Mathematical\/Scientific Fundamentals“ and „Engineering Fundamentals“ named in the current study plan and\/or at least 60 LP from the area of „Industrial Sales, Product and Service Management“.\r\n

\r\n3. Standard period of study<\/strong>

\r\nGraduates of six-semester courses must in any case complete supplementary course and examination work amounting to at least 30 credit points.

\r\nStudents who have passed a Master’s degree program in SEPM or a related program at a scientific university or who have definitively failed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, preliminary diploma or diploma examination in SEPM or a related field at a university or who have had their admission withdrawn in accordance with Paragraph 2 cannot be admitted to the Master’s program. \r\n

\r\nAdmission is possible and permissible only for one<\/strong> of the faculty’s master’s degree programs.<\/p> \r\n\r\n

Application<\/h4>\r\n

An application to the Master’s program can be made with a completed course of study, i.e. proof (certificate or transcript of records with overall grade and, if available, ECTS classification) is available with a six-semester standard period of study of 180 credit points and with a seven-semester standard period of study of 210 credit points achieved.
